We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of IT to build and lead our company’s entire IT infrastructure from the ground up. If you’re ready to take ownership, implement modern solutions, and shape the future of IT in our organization — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design, implement, and manage server infrastructure (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

🔹 Set up and maintain network systems (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper), including VPNs, VLANs, and firewall policies

🔹 Establish cybersecurity measures (Firewall, IDS/IPS, antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP)

🔹 Develop and test backup and disaster recovery strategies (Veeam, Acronis)

🔹 Deploy and maintain ERP, CRM, Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange systems

🔹 Hire, train, and lead the IT team; assign tasks and manage performance

🔹 Implement IT service processes based on ITIL best practices

🔹 Automate tasks and monitor systems using scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and tools (Zabbix, Grafana)

🔹 Conduct security audits, manage vulnerabilities, and coordinate with vendors

🔹 Lead IT projects, support procurement, and manage IT budgets

🔹 Provide high-level (L2/L3) technical support

✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

✅ At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

✅ Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, and cloud platforms

✅ Solid understanding of cybersecurity and system integration

✅ Proven team and project management skills

✅ Fluency in Azerbaijani; English and/or Russian is a plus

Preferred:

Certifications: Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL

Experience with ERP/CRM systems

Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
