Senior/Lead QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document quality control procedures

• Support KPI definition and preparation of monthly & quarterly KPI reports

• Prepare audit plans and conduct internal & external audits

• Investigate customer quality complaints

• Prepare and present audit and investigation reports

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Perform root cause analysis

• Collaborate closely with other departments during procedure development

• Provide quality support to production, engineering, supply chain, and other teams

• Conduct initial document reviews and ensure full traceability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Minimum at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications are an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

• Good command of English (written, reading, and speaking)

• Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools

• Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
