- Education: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in F&B and experience managing,Experience in a senior operational role in a hotel or large hospitality organization is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and operational tools.
- Languages: Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
