  • Leadership in F&B: Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering services.
  • Guest Service & Quality Control: Ensure that all F&B outlets consistently meet the highest standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness, and handle guest feedback and complaints promptly.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the budgeting and cost control of F&B operations, including monitoring expenses related to inventory, labor, and waste.
  • Event & Banquet Management: Coordinate F&B services for special events, conferences, and banquets to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaboration with Culinary & Stewarding: Work closely with the Executive Chef and Stewarding Manager to maintain food quality standards, proper inventory control, and cleanliness in kitchens and storage areas.


Tələblər

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in F&B and experience managing,Experience in a senior operational role in a hotel or large hospitality organization is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and operational tools.
  • Languages: Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
