Organizing events related to international relations and ensuring the participation of foreign experts, including handling documentation for their invitations;
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with foreign partner organizations to enhance collaboration;
Monitoring global trends in international relations, identifying relevant topics, and fostering cooperation with international companies;
Representing the organization at international events and establishing professional connections with specialists in the field;
Preparing reports in Azerbaijani and Russian;
Coordinating the organization of international events held by or in collaboration with the institution;
Performing tasks assigned by management in a timely and professional manner.

Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Higher education (International Relations, Regional Studies, Linguistics, International Law, International Economic Relations, or Foreign Languages);
Age: 24-32 years;
Knowledge of international relations and experience in partnership management;
Minimum work experience: 1-3 years;
Military service completion (mandatory for male candidates);
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
Excellent communication and presentation abilities;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and spoken);
Clear and articulate speech, with the ability to express thoughts accurately;
