- Issuing, receiving, processing, and managing claims at all stages.
- Analyzing the causes of claims and developing and implementing measures to minimize and prevent recurring issues.
- Preparing and sending official requests, responses to claims, and other business correspondence.
- Collaborating with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, commerce, accounting) and external partners to resolve disputes promptly.
- Monitoring the timelines and quality of claim issuance and review, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
- Developing and updating internal guidelines and procedures related to the claims management process.
- Generating and analyzing reports on claim activity: claim dynamics, root causes, resolutions, and proposals for process improvement.
- Participating in and initiating changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Representing the company's interests in resolving complex claim situations and disputes.
Tələblər
- At least 2 years of experience in claims management or a related field (logistics, customer support, legal).
- Education: preferably in law or finance.
- Proficient in using computer software (Excel, Word, data management systems).
- Azerbaijani and Russian languages are must, English is an advantage
- Proven team management experience: task setting, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Excellent business correspondence skills, including preparation of official documents and analytical reports.
- Ability to analyze complex cases, develop, and implement systemic solutions.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strategic thinking.
- Experience in cross-department collaboration and ability to coordinate interdepartmental processes.
