Stock Controller/Inventory Manager

Warehouse Operations 

• Oversee daily warehouse stock movements and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers for efficient stock handling.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and storage standards.

Data Management & Reporting

• Utilize 1C and Excel to maintain real-time stock records and generate reports.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Provide regular reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and operational guidelines.

Team Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align stock levels with business needs.
• Train and support warehouse staff on inventory best practices and system usage.
• Communicate effectively in Russian and English with internal teams and external partners.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.
• Preferably retail or logistics industry experience. 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 1C accounting software and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).

Languages: 

• Fluent Russian (Required).
• Good English (Preferred).

Expertise & Specialization

• Strong understanding of inventory forecasting and demand planning.
• Experience in organizing stock audits and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation tools and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to optimize stock levels and minimize storage costs.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
