  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies;
  • Conducting job analysis, develop JD for new positions, review existing JD to analyse how well document meet the current requirements;
  • Partnering with department leads on workforce planning initiatives to forecast hiring needs, assess talent gaps, and develop proactive recruitment strategies;
  • Sourcing and attracting top IT talent using different platforms and channels;
  • Conducting initial screening and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications;
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination;
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future IT and Cyber openings.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and corporate settings;
  • Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijan and Russian, English proficiency is also essential;
  • Familiarity with local labor law and talent market trends in Azerbaijan.


Working schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5 working days per week).
