Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain and distribution operations of a company. This includes coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The role involves working closely with various teams to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics and supply chain process.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation and delivery routes.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and areas for improvement.
• Lead and supervise the logistics team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.

• Excellent proficiency in English and Russian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managing position within logistics or supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve logistics operations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
