Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our building portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure high‑quality service delivery, manage in‑house teams, coordinate external service providers, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily facility operations across assigned buildings, ensuring seamless delivery of all services.
  • Lead and coordinate in‑house teams to meet established SLA and KPI targets.
  • Regularly inspect property conditions, identify issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Respond to tenant/resident requests, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Support the line manager in budget planning, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance schedules, incident reports, and operational records.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports based on operational metrics.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and third‑party service providers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with CAFM systems is preferred.
