We are a leading real estate company specializing in the management of residential communities, business centers, retail destinations, and other real estate assets. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Facility Manager to lead facility operations across our expanding property portfolio, drive service excellence, and build high-performing teams that deliver outstanding customer experiences.


This role will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of residential, commercial, and retail properties, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, budget optimization, contractor performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the managed portfolio.


This role requires a combination of facility operations, people leadership, contractor management, financial management, risk management, and customer experience expertise.


Key responsibilities:


Property portfolio management

  • Lead the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential communities, business centers, and retail properties, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Ensure facility operations are managed in line with the Company's service standards, operational policies, and strategic objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing best practices across managed properties.
  • Oversee the effective execution of planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity and asset performance.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure the achievement of established service levels and key performance indicators.


Team leadership & Stakeholder management

  • Lead, coach, and develop Facility Coordinators to build high-performing teams and ensure consistent service delivery across all assigned properties.
  • Evaluate team performance, identify development needs, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration with internal departments, property owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across operations.
  • Ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders to support seamless operational delivery.


Contractor & Service management

  • Manage the performance of contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in service quality.
  • Support procurement and contract renewal processes to ensure operational effectiveness and value for money.
  • Identify operational risks related to outsourced services and implement appropriate mitigation measures.


Budget & Performance management

  • Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets across the assigned property portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operating costs while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance indicators and prepare regular management reports.
  • Support the planning and execution of operating and capital expenditure budgets.


Customer experience, Compliance & Continuous improvement

  • Ensure high levels of customer and tenant satisfaction by continuously monitoring service quality and addressing operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all managed properties.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational processes, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Support business continuity and emergency preparedness initiatives across the managed property portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, property management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, property management, operations management, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience in managing residential communities, business centers, retail properties, or other mixed-use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, contractor management, budget management, and service quality management.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems or other facility management platforms is considered an advantage.
