Job summary: Ensure that policies, rules, and processes comply with local legislation and international requirements, identify and address potential non-compliance, respond to compliance-related inquiries, and ensure that the duties and responsibilities outlined in the division’s charter are carried out accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the integration of compliance and AML/CFT-related software and provide methodological support;
- Ensure the company’s operations comply with local legislation and international requirements, and participate in establishing relevant control mechanisms;
- Participate in the development of policies, internal rules, instructions, procedures, and operational guidelines for the implementation of compliance and AML/CFT requirements;
- Monitor adherence to compliance and AML/CFT rules and take actions based on the results;
- Respond to compliance inquiries from regulatory authorities and internal company structures, prepare and submit the required reports;
- Investigate reports related to suspicious transactions, conflicts of interest, bribery and corruption, acceptance of gifts, ethical behavior, etc. and prepare the relevant reports;
- Prepare training materials on compliance and AML/CFT topics, and participate in organizing and conducting training sessions.
- Identifying deficiencies and risks arising during work processes in a timely and proper manner while performing job responsibilities, and taking necessary actions
- Achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the employee
- Taking responsibility for and demonstrating initiative in ensuring the timely and proper execution of the duties and obligations stated in the division’s charter
- Being responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all information and documents considered trade secrets
- Strictly comply with the requirements of internal rules, processes, policies, and guidelines, and to bear responsibility for any violations thereof. To immediately report any accidents, incidents, or dangerous situations directly to the supervisor;
- Complying with the company’s policies on compliance and operational risk management, promptly identifying risk factors arising in the work process and taking appropriate measures;
- Carrying out other verbal and written assignments given by the direct supervisor;
