The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential support to the project team in documentation, costing calculations, and technical coordination. The candidate will actively participate in verifying the compliance of proposed solutions with local codes and safety requirements, as well as assisting with CAD drawings and ensuring the installability and maintainability of technical changes.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Costing Support: Assisting in the preparation of initial technical documentation and costing calculations for change orders (variations/addworks) in projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Participating in coordination with the Supply Line, Installation, and Project Management teams.
- Technical Feasibility Checks: Assisting in verifying the feasibility of proposed solutions regarding Installability (ease of installation) and Maintainability (ease of future maintenance).
- Compliance Verification: Supporting documentation tasks to check the compliance of project solutions with local codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Drawing Support: Assisting in the preparation of technical layouts (drawings) for projects.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of regular reports on the project's technical status and the execution process of changes. Conducting preliminary analyses to identify discrepancies between technical documents.
- Data Management: Actively participating in the archiving and updating of technical drawings (layouts) and project documentation.
