Description

• Lead the daily operations of the shopping mall, including common areas, technical zones, parking facilities, and all other relevant spaces;

• Ensure that HVAC systems, lighting, cleaning, equipment, and overall infrastructure meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards;

• Execute technical maintenance plans and perform daily quality inspections to ensure uninterrupted operational readiness of the facility;

• Manage and develop the Operations team, including Assistant Operations Managers, cleaning staff, and third-party contractors;

• Implement a KPI-based performance monitoring system to ensure service quality and discipline;

• Lead training and development programs to support the professional growth of team members;

• Ensure full compliance with PASHA Malls policies and operational procedures;

• Support the review, improvement, and implementation of new procedures, including SƏTƏM;

• Monitor tenants’ adherence to lease terms, mall regulations, and safety requirements;

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance, certificates, permits, licenses, approved projects, and all mall/tenant documentation;

• Oversee the activities of customer service staff and ensure high-quality service delivery;

• Respond to tenant requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner;

• Lead parking operations, ensuring efficient traffic flow and high guest satisfaction;

• Ensure the uninterrupted technical functionality of parking systems and equipment;

• Support the Mall Manager in the preparation and monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX budgets;

• Support cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality;

• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations;

• Lead initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, energy saving, and enhancing the guest experience;

• Make data-driven decisions based on footfall, feedback, and KPIs;

Promote compliance with PASHA Malls Values & Behaviours, Code of Ethics and Gifts & Hospitality policies;

• Ensure that all operations align with safety, integrity, and guest-centric serviceprinciples;

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Mall Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Diploma in business administration, marketing, commerce, management, finance or similar;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Work, Excel, Power Point);
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managerial position in hospitality or guest services field;
  • Excellent guest service and organizational skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels;
  • Experience in managing budgets;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
