What you’ll do:
• Map the employee journey – from onboarding to exit
• Launch solutions: onboarding bots, knowledge bases, interface tools
• Automate HR processes – fast, easy, and transparent
• Optimize internal platforms: intranet, FrontService, corporate portals
• Implement services that simplify the employee path and increase engagement
• Work with HRM systems and integrate digital tools
• Manage projects from idea to launch – with ownership for quality and deadlines
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience in project management in HR, digital, or EX-related roles
• Understanding of employee journey logic and touchpoints
• Experience with HR tools, platforms, and knowledge bases
• Background in process automation and digital transformation
• Strong communication skills: brief, plan, deliver, follow up
• A user-first mindset, systems thinking, and attention to detail
• Language skills: AZ / RUS / ENG are a plu
