· Develop, implement, and maintain document control policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and compliance;
· Oversee the receipt, tracking, storage, and retrieval of documents across departments and projects;
· Ensure proper classification, archiving, and version control of all corporate and technical documents;
· Collaborate with project teams to manage documentation requirements for internal and external stakeholders;
· Lead and supervise the administrative team, ensuring high-quality support for all departments;
· Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal document retention requirements;
· Support audits and inspections by ensuring timely access to accurate documentation;
· Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization within document and administrative workflows;
· Coordinate and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field;
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role;
· Solid understanding of document control systems and best practices (e.g., ISO standards);
· Experience in infrastructure, energy, or technology sectors is an advantage;
· Proficient in document management tools and MS Office Suite;
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
· Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken), knowledge of any regional language is a plus.
