Field Delivery Supervisor

Esyasoft CIS is leading the Azerigaz Smart Grid Project, a large-scale AMI Gas deployment program aimed at modernizing the national gas infrastructure through digital transformation and advanced metering systems. The Field Delivery Supervisor is responsible for controlling and governing daily field execution activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient installation of smart gas meters and related devices across deployment clusters.

• Field Execution Control:

Manage and supervise daily installation activities executed by vendors/contractors, ensuring compliance with approved methodologies, SOPs, and safety requirements.

• Gas Network Operational Oversight:

Ensure proper handling of live gas environments, including understanding of gas distribution pipelines, pressure zones, regulator stations, shut-off valves, and emergency isolation procedures.

• Progress Monitoring:

Track daily installation progress (meters/day, zones, crews) and ensure targets are met according to rollout plan.

• WFM Governance:

Control execution and closure of work orders through Workforce Management systems.

• Issue Resolution:

Resolve and escalate field issues such as access constraints, customer refusals, equipment damage, and safety risks.

• Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics and readiness teams to ensure material availability and deployment preparedness.

• Reporting:

Report field performance, incidents, and risks to the Operations Manager.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Gas, Energy, oil and gas transportation or related field preferred).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in utility or gas infrastructure deployment.

• Strong understanding of gas pipeline operations and pressure management.

• Experience supervising installation in live gas environments.

• Strong knowledge of WFM systems and field productivity control.

• Fluent in Azerbaijani; good English required.
