Responsibilities:
Ensure monthly submission of vehicle odometer readings, fuel receipts, and waybills to the relevant department.
Oversee the technical inspection of vehicles.
Ensure vehicles undergo timely maintenance and inspections according to operational manuals and schedules.
Manage vehicle handover to new drivers or collection from departing drivers, based on a formal act documenting technical inspection, vehicle condition, and absence of any defects.
Monitor driver movements through GPS tracking devices.
Coordinate with service centers for scheduled and emergency repairs, ensuring vehicles remain in optimal condition.
Maintain a centralized log of all vehicle-related activities, including maintenance history, fuel usage, and inspection reports, to support management decisions and budget planning.
(Əlavə olaraq) Minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions by proactively planning maintenance and inspections.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and working knowledge of 1C 8.3.
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and spoken, professional communication).
