Manage the restaurant kitchen
Implement daily kitchen operations
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and activities
Ensure food is prepared to high standards and according to recipes
Monitor portion control, food presentation, and cleanliness
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Plan menus and suggest new dishes
Manage inventory and oversee stock levels
Take charge in the absence of the Head Chef
"CASA Baku restaurant"—Our restaurant comfortably seats up to 45 guests, and we offer both indoor and outdoor (terrace) dining options.
Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts
Minimum 4 years of experience as a chef, with at least 2 years in a management capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
Vast knowledge of international culinary practices, menus and offerings
Good level of written and verbal Business English and or Russian will be an asset
Thorough knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Experience with financial budgeting is desirable
