Lead Logistics Specialist

·        Oversee, manage and coordinate all logistics operations including transportation activities, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery of goods.

·        Develop and implement logistics strategies and maintain relationships with transportation providers to optimize delivery schedules, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

·        Collaborate with sales and supply chain management teams to meet delivery expectations and resolve any issues.

·        Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements for international shipments.

·        Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance.

·        Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.

·        Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

·        Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, state regulations.

·        Check all documentation are correct for releasing and shipping.

·        Monitor and optimize transportation costs and performance.

·         Minimum Bachelor's Degree : Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. (MBA is an advantage);

·         1-3 years of work experience in logistics and procurement

·         Ability to conduct research and analysis

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Mathematical and analytical skills

·         Ability to work in a team, openness to creative and innovative approaches

·         Willingness to take responsibility, initiative, and continuous professional development

·         Ability to communicate with clients

·         Proficiency in foreign languages (Russian, English)

·         Knowledge of import and export operations as well as document flow

·         Knowledge of internal transportation

·         Ability to complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame, solve arising problems promptly, and maintain high communication skills

·         Skills in corporate correspondence and conducting business negotiations

·         Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

·         Technical knowledge of customs legislation

·         Punctuality and attention to detail
