Product Owner

1. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
4. Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams (developers, testers, designers) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
5. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine product features accordingly.
6. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries during the development cycle.
7. Ensure delivered features meet customer needs, usability standards, and security requirements.
8. Make data-driven decisions based on analytics, usage metrics, and market trends.
9. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
10. Align product development with business OKRs and KPIs. 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in web application development.

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs).

Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance technical feasibility with user needs and business objectives.
