Coach cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, data science) on Scrum principles, roles, and execution discipline.
Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead agile transformation efforts across product streams — standardizing ceremonies, metrics, and delivery practices.
Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce pragmatic solutions to improve flow, predictability, and team autonomy.
Introduce agile health diagnostics, retrospectives, and improvement cycles at team and portfolio levels.
Collaborate with leadership on scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, or custom hybrid models) suited to multi-team coordination.
Champion a culture of ownership, experimentation, and relentless improvement.

3+ years in agile environments, including 2+ years as a Scrum Coach or Agile Delivery Lead in a product-driven software company.
Deep understanding of agile frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically in fast-paced product orgs.
Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams (ideally across complex, data-intensive software platforms).
Strong grasp of engineering and product delivery workflows. ▪ Exceptional facilitation, influence, and servant leadership skills.
Certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile, or equivalent
