- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in QA/QC roles on large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects such as high-rise buildings, hospitality developments, mixed-use projects, or infrastructure works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence quality outcomes at senior project levels.
- Extensive experience in quality audits, inspections, testing, commissioning support, and project handover.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages and experience in multinational environments are an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE, PMP (quality focus), or discipline-specific certifications are considered a significant asset.
